Seating Guide
To determine the number of people your room or tent will accommodate, divide the area of the space (square footage) by the following numbers based on type of seating:
- Banquet Style Seating 10
- Classroom Style Seating 8
- Theatre Style Seating 6
For example, in a 400 sq. ft. tent you can accommodate the following number of persons:
- Banquet Style Seating (400 sq ft / 10) = 40 guests
- Cocktail Parties (some seated) (400 sq ft / 8) = 50 guests
- Reception, Tea type (some seated) (400 sq ft / 6) = 66 guests
